Joey Bada$$ Guests on Beats1 'OTHERtone' to Talk Inspiration, Tupac and More

Joining Pharrell Williams and Scott Vener on their Beats1 OTHERtone show was none other than controversial rapper Joey Bada$$. While much of the conversation revolved around the Pro Era emcee’s politically-charged inspirations behind ALL-AMERIKKKAN BADA$$, Pharrell had time to toss in some kind words of support for the young artist. Throwing an ever-so subtle comparison to Tupac, Pharrell praised his ability to think and speak outside of the box and encouraged the rapper to use his voice outside of just music.
