Watch the First 13 Minutes of 'Mass Effect: Andromeda'

It’s been five years since BioWare’s last expedition into the stars and fans of the action RPG sci-fi series are eagerly anticipating its return to screens. The original Mass Effect trilogy drew critical acclaim for its rich, fully realized universe, intuitive combat mechanics and deep, character-centric story and thankfully there doesn’t appear to be much deviation from the tried-and-tested formula.
IGN recently broadcast the first 13 minutes of the Mass Effect: Andromeda campaign and although it doesn’t feature much gameplay, it gives an exciting picture of the adventure that awaits wannabe Pathfinders. Watch the video above and take a look at the official gameplay trailer that dropped a couple of months ago. Mass Effect: Andromeda will release on Xbox One, PS4 and Windows on March 21.
