The Duffer Brothers Made This Terrifying Short Years Before 'Stranger Things'
Scaring audiences since their college years.
When the names Matt and Ross Duffer come to mind, you may immediately recall Netflix’s latest hit series Stranger Things. Though, only a handful of folks would know that the twin brothers have been scaring crowds for nearly a decade. During their time at Dodge College in Orange, California the pair worked on a short film called Eater that spotlights a rookie cop who runs into uncanny activity throughout his night shift. The plot closely resembles Stranger Things in that it features a sinister monster, supernatural components and a rather high death count. According to i09, this is their second credit together with their first being We All Fall Down, which currently is not available.
