Marc Koehler Architects have created a unique and eco-friendly “dune house” on a northern dutch island. Embedded in its surroundings, both aesthetically and through the materials used, the house offers a range of spectacular views from its location within the dunes that give it its name. Featuring a bio-fuel central heating system, innovative ecological materials and geometric timber-cladded exterior, the house is a testament to the skill of Koehler and the company that he has been building since 2005.
