As part of California filmmaker Matt Black‘s portrait series Reflection — which have seen the likes of Larry Clarke, Gary Simmons and Damien Hirsts as subject – the latest episode profiles none other than grand pop artist Jeff Koons. Clocking out at just under four minutes, the clip provides insight to Koons’ sough-after approach and his early influences. Koons also speaks on how he intends to use art as a way to create dialogue, making comment on the idea of perfection by creating super-polished versions of commonplace subject.
