Famed for its satire towards thrift shop culture, Macklemore and his accomplice Ryan Lewis captivated online viewers with 179 million YouTube views via the hit anthem “Thirft Shop.” In a continuous delivery of humorous interview sessions, the two Seattle musicians catch up with Nardwuar at SXSW for another entertaining interview. Per usual, the Human Serviette pulls out a bunch of vinyl reminding the duo of their past musical endeavors, while favors get returned with a bespoke thrift shop gift – a customized Derek Erdman jacket appliqued with Nardwuar himself. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis are currently touring across North America, and will be joining Kendrick Lamar in North Carolina alongside an accolade of artists at the Paid Dues festival on March 30.
