Microsoft has just replaced its My Xbox Live iOS app with the all-new Xbox SmartGlass app. Already released for Android handsets, the second screen app serves as an extension to the Xbox system with built-in remote and keyboard functions. The new app allows users to navigate the Xbox dashboard from the app and use the phone’s keyboard to type on the 360. Additionally, the new app can be used to control video and music playback and browse the internet through the 360. Available now from the iTunes App Store here as a free download.
