M.I.A. Drops New Visuals For "P.O.W.A"
Politically-charged.
After teasing clips from a video last week via Instagram, M.I.A. keeps her fans waiting no longer with the brand new visual release for her track “P.O.W.A.” In her oft-controversial manner, the artist samples The Marcel’s “Blue Moon,” while including lyrics that reference Obama and Osama, as well as some famous colleagues in Madonna, Mariah, Rihanna and Ariana. With a rocky barren wasteland set as the backdrop, M.I.A. and her background dancers can be seen throughout donning some colorful fits as they perform the politically-charged track.
