First Look at a WNBA-Themed Air Jordan 3
Rocking a “Desert Camo” color arrangement.
The WNBA is officially back with its first games tipping off tonight. On top of the exciting lineup of games, the league is seeing more attention than ever with upcoming signature shoe lines from the likes of Caitlin Clark, A’ja Wilson and Angel Reese while new franchises like the Golden State Valkyries are being introduced to expand the league. Adding to the hype train, Jordan Brand is preparing a WNBA-themed colorway of the Air Jordan 3 to be released later this year.
While the theme is somewhat camouflaged with its WNBA logo hit only visible at the sockliner in orange, its “Desert Camo” color arrangement is sure to stand out. The white, brown and black pattern cover the sneaker’s upper as Jumpman branding can be spotted at the tongue in white and at the heel in black. An all-white midsole hosts a visible Air unit at the heel while a semi-translucent gum outsole backs the sneaker.
At the time of writing, Jordan Brand has not shared any release details regarding this WNBA-themed colorway of the Air Jordan 3. Stay tuned for updates, including its official visual breakdown, as the pair is currently expected to land on shelves on July 13 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $200 USD.
