Peggy Gou has continued the rollout of her long-awaited debut LP, I Hear You. Last month, the DJ shared a track called “1+1=11,” along with an official music video directed by Icelandic-Danish artist Olafur Eliasson.

That release followed a collaboration last year with Lenny Kravitz. “I Believe In Love Again” straddles house and R&B for a groovy ‘90s-evoking beat.

Gou has now shared “Lobster Telephone,” the name of which is a nod to the 1936 sculpture by Salvador Dalí – literally, a lobster propped on top of a rotary phone.

In the colorful song, the DJ sings in her native Korean: “I know you don’t understand this / But it doesn’t matter / It’s all the same / We’re all the same.”

Slated to arrive on June 7, I Hear You “embodies countless hours of dedication in my journey to create something timeless, and is a testament to the power of listening, to ourselves and to each other,” Gou said.
