Event Registration

To receive a free ticket to Hypebeast Flea, you must create a profile on hypebeast.com. Successful applicants will receive email confirmation and a ticket QR code for verification purposes at the event entrance.

Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Validity: This ticket is valid only for Hypebeast Flea in New York and is non-transferable. It cannot be resold or exchanged.
2. Entry Requirements: This ticket grants the holder entry to Hypebeast Flea during the designated event hours. The ticket holder may be required to present a valid photo ID at the entrance of the event.
3. Ticket Purchase: All tickets are free, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
4. Event Changes or Cancellations: The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the date, time, venue, or program of the event. In the event of a cancellation, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders.

Hypebeast Flea House Rules

By entering the premises of Hypebeast Flea at Greenpoint Terminal (“Event Premises”), you acknowledge and agree with the Hypebeast Flea House Rules:

• No disruptive or disorderly conduct is allowed, including the use of profanity or foul language at Hypebeast Flea. 
• No item, which may be dangerous, encourage aggressive behavior or cause disruption, is allowed in the Event Premises.
• You agree not to damage any structures, equipment or property at the Event Premises. 
• You must comply with laws and regulations controlling the use of alcohol beverages.  
• You must discard any alcoholic beverages prior to leaving the Event Premises.
• No shoplifting is allowed.
• You acknowledge and agree that you may be asked to leave if you appear, in the sole discretion of Hypebeast, to be disruptive, drunk or behaving in a disorderly conduct. 
• You acknowledge and agree that Hypebeast will have no liability or responsibility for injury to, or loss, theft or property damage suffered by you, except to the extent such loss/damage is solely caused by Hypebeast’s willful misconduct.

Hypebeast Flea Release of Filming and Photography

By entering the premises of Hypebeast Flea at Greenpoint Terminal (“Event Premises”), you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. 

Your presence on the Event Premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to be edited, distorted, and/or modified in any recording and to the release, publication, exhibition, reproduction, exploitation of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, likeness and name for any purpose whatsoever and on any form whatsoever, including, but not limited to advertising, promotion, marketing, packaging for any product or service (e.g., media, websites, social media, news, advertising, print, electronic, television, etc.) produced by Hypebeast Limited, its affiliates and/or its vendors, in perpetuity.

By entering the Event Premises, you waive and release any claims against Hypebeast Limited, its affiliates, its vendors and/or its licensees you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at Hypebeast Flea, including, but not limited to, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such recorded media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the Event Premises.
