US real estate conglomerate Lightstone has worked alongside Ghanaian-British architect David Adjaye to unveil a new luxury residential tower in New York City. 130 William comprises 66 floors and perfectly aligns with NYC’s dynamic skyline.
130 William is 800 feet tall and Adjaye Associates’ first high-rise building in the United States. The skyscraper has over 200 residences and 20,000 square feet of amenities alongside a new public park and extensive retail opportunities. Services include angelic infinity pools, full-length basketball courts, and children’s play areas.
130 William’s exterior facade is made of textured stone and bronze, accompanying curved windows that run along the exterior. Residences range from petite studio apartments to four-bedroom homes featuring light hardwood flooring and arched windows that deliver natural light. Open-plan kitchens, marble fireplaces, and modern bathrooms enhance the interiors with contemporary fixtures.
