Wagamama's New Summer Menu Will Nourish Your Tastebuds
Debuting fresh koyo bowls, spicy appetizers, and thai-chilli margaritas.
UK-based restaurant chain Wagamama is entering the warmest season of the year with its new summer menu. The fresh and flavorful offering will land at 157 locations, providing an assortment of Japanese-fusion meals.
Captured by legendary music photographer Ewen Spencer, he goes from Grime to gyoza and gives Wagamama’s scrumptious dishes a rich welcome.
Wagamama’s recipes receive a summer-ready makeover, delivering vibrant koyo bowls paired with mixed leaves, beetroot, carrot, cucumber, mooli, red radish, and edamame beans, served with chicken, salmon, or marinated aubergine.
The restaurant offers several plant-based options, reintroducing its vegan “chicken” kare lomen alongside chilli mushrooms, wok-fried greens, Asian peppers, prawn nori rolls, and hoisin duck bun appetizers. Finally, Wagamama presents a diverse selection of fresh beverages, debuting sparkling sake, pandan coladas, sake spritz, and spicy Thai margaritas.
