Celebrating British culture left and right, footwear craftsman Dr. Martens has recently teamed up with various U.K. titans to set their touch on its historic brand models.

From Blondey McCoy’s reimagined Adrian snaffle loafers to The Clash’s two-style collaboration, Dr. Martens continues this journey by tapping on North London creative hub No Signal for the debut of the brand’s Fall/Winter 2022 casual range.

No Signal works across the audio sector and documents the Black British experience through diverse collaborative methods. Founded in 2019 by brothers David and Jojo, they initially crafted the auditory practice for DJs to spin records outside of a club setting. Throughout the pandemic, the low-key radio show saw an increase in popularity and was converted into a full-time radio station and currently continues its journey of dominating the U.K. radio scene.

The rebellious duo mutually exude a self-expressive mentality, aiming to display a defiant attitude towards traditional societal norms. The collaboration looks to highlight young Black British talent as Dr. Martens and No Signal unite for a joint radio series to be broadcasted on the London-based channel.

The three-part weekly show will be led by No Signal’s Scully, hosting exclusive musical guests from established and emerging backgrounds, featuring BXKS, Scutti, George Riley, and more. Guests will speak on their music, collaboration, and creative process — celebrating unity and individuality all the way through.

Take a look at the Dr. Martens x No Signal campaign video above, and tune into the first episode airing on November 1. Read more on the partnership via Dr. Martens’ website.
