Lo storico Cherry Lane Theatre ha riaperto da poco le sue porte e lancia una nuova serie di video dal vivo intitolata “Sound Check at Cherry Lane Theatre”, inaugurata da una performance di Tame Impala. Questo speciale segna la prima esecuzione dal vivo del brano d’apertura dell’album, “My Old Ways”. Lo show arriva sulla scia dell’uscita dell’attesissimo album di Tame Impala, Deadbeat, e comprende anche i nuovi brani “Loser” e “Dracula”.

L’intima performance è stata registrata sull’iconico palco del Cherry Lane. È stata diretta da Sean Durkin, noto per il suo lavoro in The Iron Claw e Martha Marcy May Marlene. A24, A24 Music e il Cherry Lane Theatre hanno prodotto il film. Questa nuova serie approderà sul canale YouTube di A24. La serie ha già debuttato la scorsa settimana con una performance di Mark William Lewis, il primo artista a entrare nel roster di A24 Music.

Il Cherry Lane Theatre è stato acquistato nel 2023 e da allora ha intrapreso una ristrutturazione pluriennale, aggiornando l’intera dotazione tecnica, installando nuove poltrone e rinnovando il foyer. Pur mantenendo intatti l’iconico palco e i dettagli storici, lo spazio ha accolto anche un nuovo bar-ristorante, Wild Cherry, firmato dagli acclamati ristoratori Lee Hanson e Riad Nasr. Altre performance della serie “Sound Check” sono in arrivo.

Nike 'Chinese Arts & Crafts' Air Force 1 Premium

This is a sample Air Force 1 Premium that might release later this year. Kix-Files called them ‘Chinese Arts & Crafts’ because it features an embroidered phoenix on the tongue, a bamboo weave pattern embossed on leather covering both on the toe and heel cap, canvas like material used on the toe box and side panels, and a hemp insole printed with lotus and bamboo plant in traditional Chinese water colouring. Friday Magazine says it has the LV and Guuci essence. The canvas like material looks a bit like the LV Monogram Mini as well as the signature Green and Red colorway of Gucci.
