Hypebeast Ltd. transfers to the main board

Hypebeast Ltd. (Stock code: 0150) is pleased to announce the successful transfer of its share listing from GEM to the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The last day of dealings in the shares on GEM (Stock code: 8359) will be on 7 March 2019, and dealings in shares on the Main Board (Stock code: 0150) will commence at 9:00 a.m. on 8 March 2019.

With the Transfer of Listing on the Main Board, Hypebeast Ltd. will improve the trading liquidity of its shares, strengthening business recognition through demonstrating its distinctive corporate profile to more potential investors. The Directors believe that the success of the Transfer of Listing is an important reinforcement for the company’s future growth and is in the overall interest of its Shareholders.
