Adding to her growing number of international displays, Yayoi Kusama recently debuted two of her famed works at the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art in Las Vegas. Known for her large form installations, Kasuma’s latest exhibition is centered around her Aftermath of Obliteration of Eternity Infinity Room and famed Narcissus Garden artwork.

Created in 2009, the year of the Japanese artist’s 80th birthday, the shimmering lights of Aftermath of Obliteration of Eternity is a representation of Kusama’s lifelong obsession with the dissolution of the self into the infinite. Proving the timeless character of Kusama’s visceral artworks, Narcissus Garden was originally created in 1966 and has been installed all over the world. The piece is comprised of 750 mirrored globes that form a lake, which distorts the reality it reflects.
