《Aquaman》導演 James Wan 質疑奧斯卡評選標準：根本恥辱！
《水行俠》並未入圍奧斯卡「最佳視覺特效」獎項。
前日為大家報導身為「Justice League」一員的「Superman」Henry Cavill 以搞笑的模仿方式，祝賀好兄弟 Jason Momoa 主演的《水行俠》（Aquaman）票房大賣（點此觀看該文）。
今番《Aquaman》導演溫子仁（James Wan）則在近日大聲砲轟奧斯卡金像獎，原因即為充滿驚艷視覺特效的《Aquaman》卻未入選「最佳視覺特效」（Visual Effects）獎項，而此言論則是來自該片的視覺總監特效 Kelvin Mcllwain 恭喜導演之回應，而溫子仁罕見地動怒，表示 Kelvin 與團隊是本片的無名英雄，未受到奧斯卡賞識根本就是一個恥辱（fucking disgrace）。
Kelvin, you and your department are the unsung heroes of this film. The fact that your VFX peers in the Academy aren’t recognizing or appreciating what we/you’ve all contributed to the film and cinema is a fucking disgrace.
「最佳視覺特效」入圍名單包括《Ant-Man and the Wasp》、《Ready Player One》、《Solo: A Star Wars Story》與《Black Panther》與《Avengers: Infinity War》等片，而不少影迷談到《Aquaman》的亮眼之處，多數影迷都提及海底世界「亞特蘭提斯」的亮眼打造，未入圍該獎項的確稍嫌可惜。
