A Netflix lançou oficialmente o primeiro teaser da próxima série limitada de Robert De Niro Zero Day.

De Niro interpreta um ex-presidente dos EUA chamado George Mullen, que é retirado da aposentadoria para investigar o ciberataque nacional. O teaser imediatamente define o tom da série, com George Mullen em alerta máximo. Desde o início, Mullen mostra preocupação com os eventos que se desenrolaram, ansioso com o que o ciberataque pode significar para o país e o mundo. No começo do trailer, ouve-se George Mullen dizendo: “Três mil, quatrocentas e duas pessoas morreram em Zero Day. Quedas de aviões, descarrilamentos de trens. Caos total.” O respeitado ex-presidente dos EUA, George Mullen, que é encarregado de encontrar os responsáveis pelo ciberataque, é o chefe da Comissão Zero Day. Espera-se que ele encontre a razão por trás do problema que causou caos e milhares de mortes pelo país. Enquanto a desinformação se espalha, a busca de Mullen pela verdade se torna mais difícil à medida que objetivos pessoais entre Wall Street, os tecnólogos e o governo colidem.

A série é estrelada por Angela Bassett, Lizzy Caplan, Jesse Plemons, Joan Allen, Connie Britton, Matthew Modine, Dan Stevens, Bill Camp, Gaby Hoffmann e Clark Gregg ao lado de De Niro. O trailer mostra vislumbres dos personagens de Plemons e Bassett enquanto ela diz a Mullen: “As pessoas acreditam no que precisam acreditar. A verdade é a verdade, mas nem sempre é a coisa mais importante.”

Zero Day estreia na Netflix em 20 de fevereiro.

The Hacienda 25th Anniversary x Y-3 FAC51-Y3

In a double celebration, Factory Records & The Haçienda nightclub in Manchester has teamed up with the upcoming arrival of the UK’s first Y-3 flagship store. Originally incepted in 1972 and celebrating its 25th anniversary, The Haçienda was the brainchild of Factory Records. Each of Factory Records were given a special code name, with the FAC51 being the name bestowed upon The Haçienda. As a tribute to both the anniversary of The Haçienda and the grand opening of UK’s first Y-3 exclusive store, a special FAC51-Y3 model was created. The creators behind the FAC51-Y3 each have strong ties with both Factory Records and Y-3. The original graphic designer of Factory Records, Peter Saville was also involved with Yohji Yamamoto’s advertisement campaign from 1986-1992. Ben Kelly was responsible for the decor and architecture of the now famous Manchester hotspot, while bassist Peter Hook is a member within Factory Records’ bands Joy Division / New Order. The FAC51-Y3 model is based on the classic Y-3 Sprint. To commemorate this monumental event, extra measures were taken. An exclusive shoe box was created in the shape of The Haçienda’s dance floor. The tissue paper recreates events of the past with the use of Kevin Cummins photography chosen from The Haçienda’s biggest moments in the late 1980’s. Rounding out the goodies is inclusion of a DVD featuring original footage of the club. 250 pairs of the FAC51-Y3 were made available with a price tag of €500/£345/$680/JPY81000. Available now at select Y-3 flagship stores and dealers such as Hong Kong’s D-mop. D-mop has also set-up an exhibition which goes into detail regarding the inspirations that went into this product.

Spreading their love of bikes, Puma has launched the Re-Bike project in partnership with the Bicycle Film Festival and as a result some of the industries leading magazines were called in to create a $200 bicycle. The bicycles were instructed to be designs that best represents their magazine’s personality. Another catch was that bikes could only be made of recycled bike parts.
