adidas 再次因「抄襲」起訴 Skechers
從 Nike 到 adidas，Skechers 的「抄襲」之路何時才到頭？
沒有人會否認「招牌」設計之於一個品牌的重要性，因此「抄襲」這種行為就應該受到強烈譴責和法律追究，最近 adidas 便再次向美國運動品牌 Skechers 提起訴訟，原因是 Skechers 旗下鞋款 Mega Blade 2.0 和 Mega Blade 3.0 分別抄襲了 adidas Springblade 和 Springblade Ignite 的招牌設計。從上圖中不難看出，四款鞋型的造型輪廓非常相近，而前衛的「刀片」鞋底設計更是如出一轍。
回顧 Skechers 的「抄襲史」可謂劣跡斑斑，adidas 早前便因為 Skechers Onix 涉嫌抄襲 Stan Smith 而提起訴訟，最終法院判決 adidas 勝訴，被告則收到了禁售指令和一紙罰單；而另一大運動巨頭 Nike 也曾因為 Flyknit 技術而起訴 Skechers。
