早於 90 年代與 NIGO、西山徹等好友合作，擔當裏原宿文化重要牽頭位置的元老級設計師 Sk8thing（中村晉一郎）， 2012 年與 Toby Feltwell 共同成立潮流品牌 C.E，成為後裏原時代中力壓群雄的 Hi-Street 新勢力。2016 年，設計上繼續其拿手的前衛平面影像及獨特剪裁，備受無數店鋪及媒體，如 Garbstore、Notre、ibought 等讚賞。眾多企劃中，必須一提與 BEAUTY & YOUTH 的聯名系列，都是不可多得的精品。
