對簿公堂 − Radiohead 控訴 Lana Del Rey 抄襲經典歌曲《Creep》
有趣的是 Radiohead 的經典歌曲《Creep》也曾被控訴過！
近日人氣女歌手 Lana Del Rey 陷入官司風波，2017 年新專輯《Lust for Life》中的《Get Free》被英國知名樂團 Radiohead 控訴抄襲《Creep》，而 Lana Del Rey 也在個人 Twitter 曝光此事。Lana Del Rey 表示《Get Free》並非受到《Creep》的啟發，調解過程中她選擇讓出 40% 版權，但 Radiohead 方的律師團要求 100%，而 Lana 最終選擇對簿公堂。
It’s true about the lawsuit. Although I know my song wasn’t inspired by Creep, Radiohead feel it was and want 100% of the publishing – I offered up to 40 over the last few months but they will only accept 100. Their lawyers have been relentless, so we will deal with it in court.

值得一提的是 Radiohead 的代表歌曲《Creep》也曾被 The Hollies 控訴，表示與 1973 年的歌曲《The Air That I Breathe》相似，而最終 The Hollies 贏得官司， 團員 Albert Hammond 和 Mike Hazlewood 成為共同創作者與擁有版稅共享。得知此事的英國樂團 Blur 吉他手 Graham Coxon 更加入戰局，在 NME 貼文下留言，意外引起不少歌迷議論，或將掀起新一波的英國搖滾圈話題。
