PURPLE Opens Flagship Store in New York’s Soho
Operating as both a retail and experiential space.
PURPLE has opened the doors to its first physical retail location in Soho, New York. Designed to function as an immersive space for the brand’s community, the flagship doubles as both a retail and event hub.
Sleek chrome details complement marble stone floors for an elevated but minimalistic foundation. The room is left largely open, with clothing and accessories displayed on racks and shelves situated alongside the walls, while modular sofas provide guests a place to rest.
Reflecting PURPLE’s role in contemporary culture is an in-store DJ booth and recording studio. The store will use the equipment for experiential efforts both private and public, including listening events and recording podcasts.
“Our new store embodies PURPLE’s core values of accessibility and hospitality,” PURPLE founder Luke Cosby said. “We designed this space to elevate our brand and provide a platform to communicate who we are. It’s a space where you can not only find the perfect outfit but also catch a vibe, listen to music, and immerse yourself in the story of PURPLE.”
Following the New York opening, PURPLE plans to open stores in Houston, Atlanta and Las Vegas.
