BEAMS and Birkenstock are no strangers to linking up, this time, they’re delivering a bevy of exclusive Birkenstock silhouettes. Releasing only on BEAMS in the Japanese market this season, this delivery spotlights two minimalistic Boston models, both free from harmful materials in their production.
Crafted fully from EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) materials, the Boston EVA is environmentally conscious in form. It’s also incredibly lightweight and elastic, with the flexible upper easily sliding onto the wearer’s foot. The signature silhouette of the “Boston” remains intact in its OG form, though shock resistance and supreme cushioning are also ensured. Rounding out the sleek, sustainable design comes an integrated outsole, which provides non-slip wear and high water resistance.
