Umbro Hits the Pitch With New “AWAY DAYS” Collection
Celebrating its 100th anniversary.
Since its 1924 founding, the British brand Umbro has remained not just an English imprint, but a global leader in soccer apparel and gear. Now the brand is looking into the past, present and future with the celebration of its 100th anniversary. To mark the centennial, Umbro has revealed its new “AWAY DAYS” collection.
The new collection leans into the Umbro core, simple, yet functional soccer apparel. With “AWAY DAYS” the collection’s name leans into the British soccer term underscoring when fans travel to away games in support of their beloved team – a British soccer tradition. Taking root in the subculture, the collection offers simple, versatile items that can be worn on the field or the street.
Comprising the collection are the Feel Tech Wide Practice Shirt with Collar, Feel Tech Wide Practice Shirt, Feel Tech Collared Long Sleeve Wide Practice Shirt, Feel Teach Long Sleeve Wide Practice Shirt, a pair of shirts and long pants. The range of pieces appears in white, black, red and navy colorways. Finishing off the pieces is the core Umbro name and its double diamond logo alongside the collection name.
