Update: It’s been a couple of months since word of a new “Blueberry” take on the Air Jordan 12 first surfaced. The pair was said to combine a mostly white upper with “Game Royal” detailing at the mudguard and sole, flipping the OG “Cherry” look with blue in place of red. Release for the new colorway remains set for a December 18 release via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $210 USD. For more info about the drop, review our initial breakdown below.
Original Story: We’re just over halfway through the year and Jordan Brand has already served up plenty of highlights, though there’s much more to come. While production of the Air Jordan 12 has been steady, there are several key looks that sneakerheads are anticipating — the return of the legendary “Flu Game” look in 2025, a “Phantom” pair later this year and now a “Blueberry” iteration.
Rumored by zSneakerHeadz and Sneaker Files, this new “Blueberry” pair is said to flip the “Cherry” color arrangement from 1997 by applying a “Game Royal” to the mudguard and sole. While we only have a mock-up of the look at this time, the sneaker leakers have indicated that this color blocking of “White,” “Black” and “Game Royal” is to be expected.
At the time of writing, Jordan Brand has not confirmed that this “Blueberry” take on the Air Jordan 12 will be releasing. Stay tuned for an early preview of the kicks as we currently expect them to arrive on December 18 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $210 USD.
