For Seiko’s latest release, the Japanese watch brand has revealed a duo of Presage Style 60’s models under the “Elegant Yet Rugged” collection.

Attired in stainless steel, the new model features s 39.5mm case diameter and a lug-to-lug measurement of 46.2mm. While the design language draws cues from Japanese Ivy League aesthetics in the ‘60s, the timepiece embraces retro codes with modern functionalities. Beating at the heart of the watch, the 4R35 mechanical movement provides a power reserve of 41 hours, complete with date indication and stop seconds hand function.

The watch is offered in dark blue and dial colors in a radiant finish, thanks to their sharp and multi-faceted surfaces, all protected under a box-shaped Hardlex crystal. In keeping the Presage’s signature aesthetics and highly legible design, the faceted indices and Lumibrite-filled hands arrive in a sleek and sharp look. To finish, the watch is paired with matching steel bracelets that add to its retro mood.

Available for pre-order now via Seiko’s website, the Presage Style 60s’ “Elegant Yet Rugged” timepieces each retail for $525 USD.
