Shake Shack Will Be Shelling Out Breakfast Sandwiches in the UK
Rise and shine with the “Wake Up Shack” sandwich.
Shake Shack will welcome those in the UK to wake up and start their day with one of its new breakfast sandwiches. Coming to the Canary Wharf and Mansion House locations, the company launches its limited-edition breakfast sandwich menu on April 2.
The main item on the menu is Shake Shack’s take on bacon, egg and cheese dubbed the “Wake Up Shack”: a griddled egg topped with applewood-smoked bacon, American cheese, tater tots and the special Shack breakfast sauce.
For those who prefer a plain bacon option or sausage patty, there’s an option for a regular sausage, egg and cheese, which doesn’t feature the tater tots or sauce. Tots also come as a side with a cup of breakfast sauce for dipping.
The South London-based Volcano Coffee Works will be shelling out coffee, offering a free cup to anyone who purchases a breakfast meal. Upon launch, Shake Shack will also be giving free tater tots to the first 100 customers.
The Shake Shack breakfast menu will be available from April 2 through April 7 at the UK’s Canary Wharf and Mansion House locations.
