Milan Fashion Week has officially begun. Following the end of New York and London’s flooded runways, the fashion glitterati has landed in Italy for round three of Fall/Winter 2024. James Long‘s ICEBERG has kicked off the season to celebrate 50 years in business and furiously looks to the future with optimism.

ICEBERG’s futuristic runway envisions the wardrobes of tomorrow launching into its archive for inspiration. The 40-look range is sleek and refined, balancing masculine and feminine styles while promoting transitional signatures that honor its impactful heritage. Long recalls his humble beginnings in London with plaid and herringbone patterns, adorning leather-trimmed coats with edgy details. Leather outerwear is drenched in green, yellow, and black tones, while double-breasted suiting with textured sleeves hits the dancefloor.

The brand’s fringed knitwear is revamped with linear graphics in primary hues, celebrating Long’s fascination for ’90s cartoons with brushed finishes taken from television screens. Slouchy silhouettes receive a rock ‘n roll edge with exaggerated buckles and fringed accents, while asymmetrical pullovers and sheer garments charge into ICEBERG’s future with determination.
