British rapper Skepta is stepping away from music for a minute to debut his highly-anticipated streetwear label, MAINS London. After initial underwear teasers in 2018, the brand went radio silent — until now. MAINS London is scheduled to premiere at London Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2024, building excitement by revealing its first official drop with Dover Street Market.

MAINS London’s first collection previews brand staples with UK rapper Central Cee. It offers a glimpse of what’s to come, showcasing a street-ready oversized identity. The DSM-exclusive range begins with a simplistic tee featuring a Greek statue carrying the letter “M.” Contrast-stitched denim jackets boast asymmetrical pockets and upper chest perforations, while New Era caps are designed with flat leather brims and metal pins.

In the accessories department, Skepta unveils ’70s-style oval shades made in collaboration with Emmanuelle Khanh. A rubber tape recorder and debossed leather phone case complete the collection.

Take a closer look at MAINS London’s first collection with Dover Street Market in the gallery above. It will be released in the coming days via the retailer’s website.
