Take a Look Inside Kick Game’s New Newcastle-Based Sneaker Store
Following the opening of stores in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, and Liverpool.
Kick Game, the sneaker retailer part-owned by U.K. rapper Fredo, has just opened the doors to its new store in Newcastle.
The new store follows the openings of flagships in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, and Liverpool, and this new Newcastle-based store is the company’s largest space to date. The location stretches across two floors and has been dressed with its signature aesthetic; bright lights, marble-like interior, and a minimal sneaker arrangement.
Located within the city’s premium Eldon Square shopping center, the massive 1540 sq ft. retail space is the go-to spot for Newcastle’s sneaker and streetwear culture, bringing exclusive collections from labels such as Nike, Supreme, and Off-White. Kick Game’s CEO, Alicia Thompson commented on the new store, saying:
“Bringing the Kick Game brand to Newcastle, along with the consumer experience and access to exclusive products that we provide, is an extremely exciting moment for us. Newcastle has been on our radar for some time, and we’ve finally found a store space and location that will showcase the incredible sneakers and apparel we source very well.”
Furthermore, Kick Game’s founder, Robert Franks, added: “This is the seventh Kick Game store to open and the sneaker outlet is going from strength to strength as it approaches its 10th anniversary. The arrival of Kick Game in Newcastle looks set to be the start of a streetwear revolution in the North of England.”
