Merrell 1TRL’s "Hydro Moc AT" Collection Is a Modernized Approach to Outdoor Exploration
Featuring three new footwear iterations.
Merrell 1TRL has just unveiled its latest trail footwear collection, the “Hydro Moc AT.” The three-model range is derived from a design-led construction and integrates Merrell’s high-performance integrity to break the mold of traditional hiking footwear.
“Hydro Moc AT” — which stands for “all-terrain” — is an evolution of Merrell’s signature Hydro Moc silhouette and it combines materials that are water-ready and wearable for off-road terrains.
Designed with a durable and water-friendly EVA foam cage upper, the shoes feature a BLOOM® performance foam midsole which is made from 10% algae biomass, an external rear sling that locks in the heel. Rounding off the designs, they include a toggle lace closer which is designed to give the wearer easy-on, easy-off functionality.
When it comes to individual specifications, the Hydro Moc AT Ripstop 1TRL includes a ripstop liner that is engineered with an 80% recycled nylon upper. The Hydro Moc AT Neo GTX 1TRL is designed to keep the foot bone-dry with a Neoprene bootie that’s crafted with a GORE-TEX waterproof membrane. For the Hydro Moc AT Puff Mid 1TRL, it’s equipped with Primaloft Gold Eco Series synthetic upper which is designed to combat the coldest elements possible.
You can take a closer look at the “Hydro Moc AT” collection above and it will be available on the official Merrell 1TRL website in the coming weeks.
