正式轉投新東家！Joel Embiid 復出首戰親著 Skechers 籃球鞋出賽
消息稱雙方簽下多年代言合約。
睽違 2 個多月後，Philadelphia 76ers 明星中鋒 Joel Embiid 終於在 3 日對戰 Oklahoma City Thunder 的賽事中回歸，值得一提的是，他還穿著 Skechers 的低筒籃球鞋 SKX FLOAT™ 出賽。
先前就曾傳出 Skechers 有意將 Embiid 納入麾下，根據《The Athletic》記者 Shams Charania 的報導，Embiid 已與 Skechers 簽下一紙多年代言合約，正式加入 New York Knicks 大前鋒 Julius Randle、Los Angeles Clippers 後衛 Terance Mann 的行列，成為品牌籃球部門的代言人，不過詳細內容目前尚未公佈。
Embiid 之前也曾考慮與 Nike、Under Armour、Jordan Brand 和 adidas 等品牌建立夥伴關係，如今他穿著 Skechers 的籃球鞋出賽，也算是另類官宣，他復出首戰就繳出 24 分 6 籃板 7 助攻的全能成績，幫助球隊取勝；此外，他在今年夏季也有望代表美國隊參加巴黎奧運。
