Jean-Luc Godard 個人遺作《Drôles de Guerres》將於坎城影展進行全球首映
稱之為電影的終極姿態。
法國著名導演 Jean-Luc Godard 於 2022 年 9 月 13 日在瑞士日內瓦湖畔的家中選擇輔助自殺（Assisted suicide），享年 91 歲，個人遺作《Drôles de Guerres（英文片名：Phony Wars）》宣布將於坎城/康城影展（Cannes Film Festival）進行全球首映。
《Drôles de Guerres》由 Saint Laurent 旗下電影製作公司 Saint Laurent Production 發行，由品牌創意總監 Anthony Vaccarello 創立，攜手 Vixens 與 L’Atelier 聯合製作，本片片長 20 分鐘，新聞稿描述本片是「一部從未存在過的電影預告 Trailer of the film that will never exist」，更稱之為電影的終極姿態（The ultimate gesture of cinema）。
另外，為了表示對 Jean-Luc Godard 的致敬，還將同步播映 1963 年經典作品《Le Mépris（英文片名：Contempt）》4K 修復版與導演紀錄片《Godard by Godard》，長達一小時的紀錄片由 Frédéric Bonnaud 撰寫劇本與 Florence Platarets 執導，片中透過 Godard 的言語、目光與作品來回顧他的傳奇一生。
