Ben Affleck 表示不會執導 James Gunn DCU 旗下任何一部電影

隨著 DC 影視宇宙（DCU）最新藍圖的公布，不少全新電影計畫隨之公開，先前 James Gunn 曾發文指出 Ben Affleck 有意執導 DCU 的未來電影，不過近期 Ben 卻在最新訪問中否認此事。

先前消息指出講述「蝙蝠俠與羅賓」全新專屬故事的《The Brave and the Bold》有意讓 Ben Affleck 接手，但 Ben 在  The Hollywood Reporter 最新專訪中表示自己不會執導 James Gunn DCU 旗下任何一部電影：「我對他沒有意見，他是位好人，他肯定會把這件事做得很好，只是我不想加入後以他們的做事方式去執導，我對此沒有興趣。」

I would not direct something for the [James] Gunn DC. Absolutely not. I have nothing against James Gunn. Nice guy, sure he’s going to do a great job. I just wouldn’t want to go in and direct in the way they’re doing that. I’m not interested in that.

訪談中，Ben Affleck 表示參與《Justice League》的經歷讓他備受折磨及造成很大的創傷，並發現自己對於創意失去了興趣，所以最終選擇退出超級英雄電影的行列。值得一提的是，他也提及《Zack Snyder’s Justice League》是他在 IMDb 上最高分的電影，甚至回憶起當初 Zack 邀請他在後院進行補拍的回憶。
