走進 Met Gala 2018「Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination」主題展覽
迄今為止規模最大的 Met Gala 時裝展覽。
由 The Costume Institute 聯合 Anna Wintour 打造的年度「時尚盛會」Met Gala，已經正式在紐約 Metropolitan Museum of Art（大都會藝術博物館）開幕，此番我們也搶先帶領大家前往今年的時尚主題展覽一探究竟。作為迄今為止規模最大的 Met Gala，本次展覽取名為「Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination」，旨在深入探索「時尚」與「天主教」元素之間的密切聯繫，現場除了來自宗教聖地梵蒂岡的法士祭服和珍貴文檔外，還展出了超過 150 件受天主教啟發的時尚服飾和宗教藝術品，這些設計大多出自於 Coco Chanel, Gianni Versace, Raf Simons, Riccardo Tisci, Valentino, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Alexander McQueen, Givenchy, Cristobal Balenciaga, Thom Browne, Yves Saint Laurent 和 Rick Owens 等時尚界聲名顯赫的設計師。
據悉今年的展覽同時在第五大道的 Met 中世紀博物館，Anna Wintour 時裝中心，以及曼哈頓上城區的 The Met Cloister 進行，並將於 5 月 10 日開始面對公眾開放，而展覽將一直持續到今年 10 月 8 日結束，感興趣的朋友不妨親自前往紐約感受時裝與天主教的神秘魅力。
