Disney 宣佈以 $524 億美元收購 21st Century Fox 部分資產，雖然傳出美國政府就收購或涉嫌違反競爭法條例，但仍然上周最令人關心的新聞，那麼創作這些角色的「Marvel 之父」Stan Lee 對這次收購又有什麼看法呢？

A truly great piece of news. Now characters such as the X-Men and the Fantastic Four can come home to the place where they belong. It’s vitally important to have the Marvel characters under one roof. And now, as great as they were before, I can’t wait to see the wonders that will unfold.

Stan Lee 在接受 Newsarama 的訪問時就表示這是一件非常好的消息，因為 Fox 旗下可擁有的角色版權如 Fantastic 4、X-men 等終於可以集合在一起，有點行貨的回應，但的確是超級英雄迷的心聲，又其實在 9 月的一個專訪當中，Stan Lee 就已經透露過 Marvel 將重掌《X-Men》與《Fantastic Four》電影版權，原來事情是這樣發生。

其實早在 1998 年，《The Simpsons》就已經預測 Disney 會收購 21st Century Fox 這則震驚媒體業的新聞。
