沖泡咖啡一定要用熱水嗎?香港 Starbucks 最新引入的冷萃咖啡(Cold Brew),為咖啡愛好者帶來新體驗。將 Starbucks Reserve 特選咖啡勺進冷萃咖啡壺,再以冰水打圈倒入壺內,並以 10 小時慢速萃取而成。由於咖啡粉沒有經過熱解,因此它的口感也會較熱水沖泡的為順滑,同時帶出當中的天然甘甜味道。而 Starbucks 冷萃咖啡現在只於新開幕的太古城中心 Starbucks Reserve 內獨家發售,每天限量供應 20 杯,定價由 $45 至 $61 港元。有關 Starbucks Reserve 的獨特之處,可登入此連結了解。
與此同時,Starbucks 夏季限定特飲烤棉花糖朱古力星冰樂及青檸曲奇脆脆星冰樂,亦已登陸各香港 Starbucks 分店。烤棉花糖朱古力星冰樂的調配靈感源自美國經具甜品「S’more」,以棉花糖及朱古力打造多層次口感;青檸曲奇脆脆星冰樂帶來清新的青檸味道,並加入香脆的曲奇,帶來不一樣的口感,而供應期則由即日起至 6 月 7 日。
