繼日前於麥迪遜廣場花園發佈 Yeezy Seaon 3 及《The Life of Pablo》後，Kanye West 在 Twitter 發表了多項驚人言論，首先在解釋碟中「Pablo」其實是 Paul the Apostle，並自比為聖人後，無故聲稱自己身負 5 千萬債務。立即引起了網民熱烈討論，有人認為這表示 Kanye West 投資在自身演藝創作上的金額，又有人認為是胡亂經營的後果，而並沒有一個真實答案。而就著即將在明天舉行的格林美音樂獎，Kanye West 批評過去《Watch the Throne》及《MBDTF》等唱片不獲評審提名，表示沒有偏見下，他將會奪得至少 100 個格林美獎。最後，他更認為自己是音樂界的 Michael Jordan 或 Stephen Curry，立即被網民揶揄自己是某某界別的 Kanye West，喜歡自吹自擂。看來完成了大碟及時裝發佈後的他，回復平常意氣風發的態度了。
