Stüssy rejoins frequent collaborator Dover Street Market for a variety of colorful layering pieces. Tweaking Stüssy’s classic “World Tour” motif, the co-branded items are offered in a slew of colors and cuts.
Encompassing a variety of short- and long-sleeved tees, sweaters and hoodies, the “World Tour” collection centers around one of the long-running streetwear label’s most familiar graphics. The Stüssy logo is situated atop five major metropolitan cities, complete with intertwined “S” branding. On the rear, a script Stüssy logo sits above several key neighborhoods in both New York and California, rendered in illustrative text.
The Dover Street Market LA-exclusive editions slightly rearrange the design. Though the shirts are executed with the same colors as the normal variants, the DSM LA shirts sport a stark DSM house logo printed over the front image. The rear is left unchanged on all shirts and outerwear but each one boasts a hand-printed DSM logo at the front, aside from the hoodies, which relegate a smaller graphic to the upper left chest.
