Ms. Kwan Shin Luen Susanna, was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 18 March 2016. Ms. Kwan is a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company. Ms. Kwan has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Emperor Entertainment Hotel Limited (stock code: 0296) since August 2015. Ms. Kwan has a legal practice focusing on corporate and commercial and corporate finance matters in Hong Kong for more than 25 years, including mergers & acquisitions, regulatory compliance, public offerings, private placement of securities and open offers, joint ventures and securities related legislation. Ms. Kwan obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree in August 1989 from the London School of Economics and Political Science of the University of London, the United Kingdom.
