Daily Snaps 1st Qtr. 2009

So I blogged last night.. Firstly, thank you all for the dear comments/compliments. For those wondering, they were taken with the 85mm f/1.8 + 40D - hence the sharpness. Enjoy, [Image]

\\\\\\ Keeping it real in Los Angeles //////

firstly, I recommend everybody to check out/bookmark/blogroll my blog. That's where most of my work is, hell I just put some new stuff on there yesterday. Its def worth a look blushing [URL] [Quote] Thanks man, words like those (along with everybody elses') are truly inspirational. This is how it goes: I usually go to an area with a lot of people (dense neighborhood, bus ride en-route, promenade, various venues, etc). I break out a telephoto lens, be it my 85mm or 70-200 f/4 (usually the 85mm), and shoot pics of people as they go on about daily life. Usually, they'll see me taking the photo of them, since we're uh...kinda looking at each other. I've noticed that If you look determined and look like you know what you're doing, you won't get any questions (and if you do, its positive/humorous; something like "you didn't catch me smiling!", "am I getting paid for this?"). If they sense fear, then you'll get scoped out and questioned/hassled/etc. And if you get a funny look from them, take another picture in the general direction they came from (to make it look like you were taking a photo of something behind them). Hope that was of help to you..if you have anymore, feel free to ask. P.s: If anybody ever wants to go out for a shoot, I'd def be up for that.

There's some Ktown in there. Look for the racist Koreans who don't want to be within 5ft of a "******" blushing And I used the 40D + 85mm f/1.8.
