Hypebeast Live to debut in Singapore: a curated music experience to bring the best of culture to life
Hypebeast, the leading global platform for contemporary culture and lifestyle, is excited to debut Hypebeast Live, a music event that brings together a collection of live music and creative activities to Singapore. Taking place on March 23 at TRIFECTA SINGAPORE and Somerset Skate Park, the full-evening event will showcase local and regional lineups of music performances, an art presentation, exclusive drops and culinary experiences, inviting audiences in Singapore to immerse themselves in the physical and audible narratives of Hypebeast.
Transforming the Somerset Skate Park into a music platform, Hypebeast Live will be headlined by Autograf, the electronic dance music group from Chicago presented by HighHouse. Joining them will be two musicians presented by WILD Entertainment – Haven, Singaporean born and raised singer, and KIARA (Ashley Kiara), a versatile DJ renowned for her eclectic music style. The energy continues with DJ performances presented by Sivilian Affairs, including Nicolette, HBN, Sivanesh, TropicLab, and DONN. The music performances will be livestreamed on the official Hypebeast Youtube channel to give fans around the world a virtual front row to the shows.
Beyond live music performances, concert participants may immerse themselves in a live art presentation by urban artist and illustrator, Clogtwo, at TRIFECTA SINGAPORE. The artist will curate a large mural artwork called “Canvas” on-site, where guests can watch live as the artistic concept takes shape from basic sketches to a colourful finished work. A limited quantity of an exclusive t-shirt designed by Clogtwo will be available for giveaway, stay tuned for details. A series of pop-up stores will also take place, featuring curated brands such as Asics, Don Julio, Guinness, Häagen-Dazs, Johnnie Walker, Tanqueray, Rip Curl and more.
The night will culminate with an intimate afterparty at HighHouse, a nightlife and culinary destination overlooking Singapore’s skyline. Ticket holders of Hypebeast Live can enjoy an unforgettable night with complimentary access to HighHouse, where Autograf will deliver another exceptional DJ set performance.
Hypebeast Live is made possible by the support from *SCAPE, a non-profit organization dedicated to developing youth talents, and the Somerset precinct, a vibrant space for youth to connect with one another, create new experiences and celebrate collective interests and aspirations.
