HBX officially launches Korean-language online store

HBX announces the official launch of the Korean online store on 4 May. To better cater to the local audience, this new shopping destination features localized customer service support, customized website and app, as well as tailored in-site content and newsletters for an all-rounded, enhanced shopping experience.

Over the past year, the revenue in South Korea increased over 190%, and site traffic grew by over 120% to 1.5M visits annually; from the rapidly increasing traffic, over 85% of these users browsed on a Korean language-based device. Statistics also show that the South Korean customer base displayed particular interest towards brands such as Stone Island, Maison Kitsune, Off-White and Maison Margiela – in response, HBX tailored the shopping experience towards local customers on the new regional site with special features of popular brands, regional-exclusive homepages and curated product lists.

For a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, customers can opt for the services of HBX’s personal shopping team, including pre-order privileges, priority product inquiry and dedicated personal services, invitation to private sales, and one-to-one curated virtual shopping appointments. Customers can also look forward to regional-exclusive product releases and special campaigns; stay tuned to additional updates on HBX.com/kr.
