Chicago Bulls 官方宣告 Lonzo Ball 將缺席本季剩餘賽程，Lonzo 自 2022 年 1 月 14 日後就未曾在 NBA 出賽，且進行了兩次關節鏡膝關節手術，據了解其復原程度不如預期，膝蓋仍存在著疼痛不適。
Chicago Bulls 目前以 26 勝 33 敗位列東區第 11 名，本季打得十分掙扎的 Bulls 正努力為附加賽資格拼戰，日前已確定簽下 Patrick Beverley 補強後衛陣容，而 Lonzo Ball 將放眼於 2023-24 球季回歸。
