Nintendo 正式宣布將推出《薩爾達傳說 The Legend of Zelda》真人版改編電影

六月份曾經報導知名遊戲《薩爾達傳說 The Legend of Zelda》有望推出真人版改編電影，今日 Nintendo 官方正式證實此事，並宣布將與 Sony Pictures 合作，而非先前傳聞中的 Universal Pictures。
此消息由 Nintendo 高層代表宮本茂親自公布，宣布《薩爾達傳說》真人版改編電影將與 Sony Pictures 旗下《Spider-Man》系列電影知名製作人 Avi Arad 攜手合作，現已正式著手開發，而導演一職將由《The Maze Runner》系列電影導演 Wes Ball 出任，其最新作品為上週發布首波預告的《Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes》。
官方指出本片由 Nintendo 與 Arad Productions Inc. 共同製作，並與 Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. 共同出資，Nintendo 出資超過 50%，而未來院線發行一事將由 Sony Pictures Entertainment 全權負責。Nintendo 此次推出《薩爾達傳說》真人版改編電影，旨在希望能透過遊戲以外的方式讓外界得以踏入由 Nintendo 建構的娛樂世界，未來將繼續努力開拓更多娛樂產業的可能。
