知名商標律師 Josh Gerben 早先在社群媒體上率先公開，Kanye West 旗下公司 Mascotte Holdings 再次註冊了全新商標，與 Walmart 發生法律糾紛的標誌大不相同，新的商標設計為雙圈圓環，內外圈分別以弧形和鋸齒型呈現。據悉此商標是在 7 月 21 日註冊，用途涵蓋零售商店和線上訂購服務的服裝，以及所有在網路販售的服裝、配件、鞋款、頭飾，有興趣的讀者不妨多加留意。
