《The Lord of the Rings 魔戒》全新系列影集《Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power》在近日釋出首波預告之後，《The Lord of the Rings》衍生動畫電影《魔戒：洛汗人之戰 The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim》也在早前 Variety 獨家報導公開上映日期與首張概念藝術圖等。
《The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim》故事設定是在由 Peter Jackson 執導《The Lord of the Rings》與《The Hobbit》系列大約 200 多年前，探索 Helm Hammerhand、King of Rohan 以及 Helm’s Deep 的故事。電影由 New Line Cinema 與 Warner Bros. Animation 製作，執導《Blade Runner: Black Lotus》、《Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex》的神山健治擔任導演，而配音陣容目前尚未公佈。
