James Gunn 執導版本《自殺突擊隊：集結》全英雄齊聚登上《Empire》最新封面

由 James Gunn 執導的 DC 知名英雄大作《Suicide Squad》以《The Suicide Squad》（自殺突擊隊：集結 / 《自殺特攻：超能暴隊：集結》）之名作為 Reboot 重啟，並在 DC FanDome 獨家釋出搶先看與角色介紹雙片段。James Gunn 為該片進行選角就為了重新定調本片風格，製作團隊透過「粗獷的 1970 年代戰爭電影」為形容，更有了 James Gunn 所擅長的角色形塑功力與笑料的安排，更能詮釋《The Suicide Squad》中多位特立獨行角色的個性。
本週，知名電影雜誌《Empire》公布 12 月的全新兩種封面，邀請了 James Gunn 與所有英雄卡司一同登場，能看見 Margot Robbie、Joel Kinnaman、Jai Courtney、Viola Davis、Peter Capaldi、John Cena、Sean Gunn、David Dastmalchian、Pete Davidson 與 Idris Elba 等人，本片預計於 2021 年 8 月 6 日正式上映。
