UPDATE: Stan Lee 之女斥責 Disney 與 Sony Pictures 合作破裂事件

UPDATE（8/23）：Kevin Feige 卸任《Spider-Man》製片人的消息鬧得沸沸揚揚，就連初代 Avengers「Hawkeye」Jeremy Renner 都在個人 Instagram 聲援 Spider-Man，呼籲 Sony Pictures 與 Disney 未來仍能保持合作。

而今次則是原著 Stan Lee 的女兒 Joan Celia Lee 對此事做出回應，首先 Joan Celia Lee 聲明了自己的立場，若兩者的合作確實破裂，那她將傾向站在 Sony Pictures 一方，她提到 Marvel 和 Disney 在尋求完全掌握 Stan Lee 的同時，應要能接受外界的審查和平衡，確保不在追求利潤時忽略對 Stan Lee 和其遺產的尊重，並指出無論是 Sony 或者其他人，Stan Lee 筆下角色的未來發展都應注重來自各方的觀點。

「當我父親死去時，Marvel 和 Disney 沒有任何人對我伸出援手，從第一天起，他們就把我父親的創作純商品化，並且從未向其或者其遺產表現尊重和誠意，沒有人在對待我父親的方面比他們更糟。」

UPDATE（8/21）：在 Sony Pictures 與 Disney 即將分道揚鑣且 Marvel Studios 總裁 Kevin Feige 卸任《Spider-Man》製片人的消息於網上瘋傳後，很快 Sony Pictures 官方也給出回應。

今天有許多關於 Kevin Feige 參與 Spider-Man 系列電影的報導遭到了誤解，我們對此感到失望，但也尊重 Disney 不再讓 Kevin Feige 擔任我們下一部 Spider-Man 真人電影製作人的決定。

我們希望未來能夠改變，但也清楚 Disney 給了他許多新工作，包括規劃新的 Marvel 資產（21st Century Fox 收購案），所以沒有時間處理他們未擁有版權的角色上（Spider-Man）。

Kevin Feige 非常棒，我們相當感謝他的協助和指導，感謝他幫我們走上正軌，而我們也將沿著這個方向繼續走下去。

原文（8/21）：Spider-Man 在《Captain America: Civil War》初次回歸 MCU 後，緊接著在後續幾部《Spider-Man: Homecoming》、《Avengers: Infinity War》、《Avengers: Endgame》和《Spider-Man: Far From Home》等電影皆取得了巨大的成功，Marvel 與 Sony 的協議可說是達到最佳雙贏局面。

但據 Deadline 報導指出，雙方的合作恐怕即將到頭。根據最初的協議，以 Spider-Man 為主的系列電影，Disney 能夠獲得先期總票房的 5%，同時亦擁有周邊商品的銷售權，Sony Pictures 則掌握導演、劇本、演員等重要決策權。然而隨著《Spider-Man: Homecoming》和《Spider-Man: Far From Home》的大賣，Disney 希望能夠改與 Sony Pictures 五五分帳，但在沒有任何額外籌碼增加的狀況下，後者自然果斷拒絕。

而此次談判的破裂亦代表 Disney 與 Sony Pictures 將停止合作，若未有任何戲劇性地發展，一手促成 MCU 盛況的 Marvel Studios 總裁 Kevin Feige 將不再擔任《Spider-Man》的監製，外媒同時也形容 Kevin Feige 的離去對 Sony Pictures 來說就像是要在缺少 Michael Jordan 的狀況下贏得總冠軍。經其之手締造的輝煌幾乎無法言喻，除了賺進了多次打破紀錄的票房收入，更以《Black Panther》拿下 Oscar。
